Before creating the application on the website, the user shall check “I have read and agree to abide by Corn Advertising Platform Developer
Agreement” to confirm that it has reached an agreement with Beijing Corn Media Co., Ltd. and voluntarily accepts all terms of this service and
related processes.

Corn Platform provides mobile application advertising service to users. Corn Platform reserves the right to suspend any part of the website
service for maintenance, upgrade or for other reasons without prior notice.

When using services provided by Corn Platform, no user shall distribute information or applications:

1. which violates basic principles of the State Constitution;

2. which endangers state security, discloses state secrets, or sabotages state power or national unity;

3. which impairs state honor or interest;

4. which instigates ethnic hostility or discrimination, or sabotages ethnic unity;

5. which undermines state religious policy or advocates heresy or feudal superstition;

6. which spreads rumors that disturb social order and undermine social stability;

7. which spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigates crimes;

8. which insults or slanders others, violates others’ legal rights;

9. which includes other content prohibited by laws and regulations.

A user shall not impair the interest and honor of the platform and other users of the platform by any improper means.
The platform may terminate cooperation any time a user violates any of the above provisions.

The user understands and accepts that:

1. Corn Platform does not guarantee that its service will meet demands of users or that its service will not be interrupted. Corn Platform
makes no guarantee with respect to the timeliness, security and accuracy of its service.

2. A user shall be fully responsible for the risks of any information that it downloads or obtains through Corn Platform and shall be solely
responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of Corn Platform’s services.

Corn Platform will do its utmost to provide the best service and notify users in a timely manner in the event of any change or interruption in
service. However, Corn Platform reserves rights with respect to the following:

1. Due to the particularity of network service, a user shall agree that Corn mobile advertising platform may, without notifying the user and
without any liability to the user or any third party, change, interrupt part or all network service and delete (no longer retain) any material
submitted by the user while using the service.

2. Corn mobile advertising platform will overhaul or maintain the platform or relevant equipment on a regular or irregular basis and will not
be liable for any interruption of network service within a reasonable length of time caused by such overhauling or maintenance.

Corn mobile advertising platform may terminate its services to users under any of the following circumstances:

1. Where a user violates any provision of this service agreement, Corn mobile advertising platform may terminate service to the user.
Where it is found a user registers for an additional account directly or indirectly in another person’s name, Corn mobile advertising platform
may unilaterally terminate service to the user;

2. A user shall not cheat via programming or manual means. Where a user is found cheating, Corn mobile advertising platform will terminate
its service immediately and may withhold joint advertising fees;

3. Where it is found that the data or information provided by a user contains false information, Corn mobile advertising platform may
terminate its service to the user at any time;

4. A user refuses to accept new service terms upon termination or update of these service terms;

5. Other circumstances that Corn’s mobile advertising platform considers necessary to terminate its services.

Upon termination of service, Corn mobile advertising platform is not obliged to retain any information in or related to the user’s account or
forward any unread or unsent messages to the user or any third party.

Corn Mobile Advertising Platform reserves the right to interpret and modify these service terms.
