按照国家《中华人民共和国个人所得税法实施条例》规定，代扣个人劳务、报酬所得税（与工资、薪金不同的税目），相关税金将从分成中扣除。 完税证明：要获取完税证明，需持个人有效身份证件及代扣税公司全称到相应地方税务局获取即可。

According to the Regulations for Implementation of the Law of the PRC on Individual Income Tax, the tax will be withheld from the division of the personal labor and remuneration income tax (which is different from the salary). Tax Payment Certificate: In order to obtain the tax payment certificate, it is necessary to hold a valid personal identity card and full name of tax withholding company to the corresponding local tax bureau to obtain it.
